Job Summary We are seeking an experienced OnBase Systems Engineer to support the design, administration, and enhancement of enterprise document management workflows. This role focuses on expanding workflow automation and solution development to support operational teams across claims, underwriting, and business functions. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in electronic document management, workflow configuration, and system integration within enterprise environments.
Duties & Responsibilities Administer, configure, and maintain automated document routing workflows Design, develop, and deploy Workflow and WorkView solutions Manage code migrations and system environments Support technical project execution and program coordination Develop reporting tools and operational dashboards Participate in business solution design, requirements gathering, and strategic planning sessions Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical workflows
Requirements
Qualifications, Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience creating and administering workflow solutions 5+ years of experience designing and supporting WorkView applications Strong experience with enterprise document management platforms and automation tools Solid knowledge of relational databases, SQL scripting, XML, data mapping, and system integration Experience with project coordination and release management Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and business teams Proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools
Preferred Qualifications Workflow, WorkView, and API certifications for enterprise document platforms Experience with cloud-based document management environments Familiarity with enterprise configuration and development clients Background in insurance or regulated operational environments
