Raytheon Solipsys, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Raytheon Company, is an industry leader in the development of integrated Command and Control (C2) Network-Centric solutions for the Domestic and International DoD and Homeland Security. Through proven systems and software engineering practices, built on the invention and application of innovative technologies, we deliver the C2 infrastructure necessary to effectively control security/military forces in any environment. Our reliable solutions assure information superiority, increased shared awareness, deep sensor reach, aircraft control, air defense, disaster management, and time-critical decision making.
Solipsys' staff has received industry-wide recognition in the diverse areas of sensor automation, information synthesis, networking and communications, and visualization. Our expertise is reflected in the success of our products. In use by the Department of Homeland Security, all four United States military services, International DoD, as well as many of our industry partners, our Tactical Display Framework (TDF) Java-certified visualization tool and Multi Source Correlator Tracker (MSCT) software applications have raised the bar of performance for information synthesis and display.
Solipsys has also introduced a suite of software applications that solve the vexing problem of creating an extensible network solution for sharing sensor information among distributed Joint and Coalition forces. An outgrowth of years of experience in the sensor networking field, the Tactical Component Network (TCN®) software product suite is poised to revolutionize the manner in which distributed teams coordinate their actions.

Benefits
Raytheon Solipsys Facility and Maple Lawn Campus
Raytheon Solipsys moved into a brand new facility in December 2006. Located in Fulton, Maryland and occupying the two top floors of a three story building, our 59,000 square feet of office space includes state-of-the-art labs, two large kitchen areas, quiet rooms to get away from it all, multiple teaming areas, training rooms, and conference spaces. The décor is modern and everything has been upgraded from the fixtures to the carpet and ceiling tiles.
One of the greatest work life features of Raytheon Solipsys is the Maple Lawn Campus itself, in one of Howard County's hottest new developments just off Routes 29 and 216.
The Maple Lawn Campus contains Class A office space combined with 150,000 square feet of “Main Street” style retail space in a compact, well laid out downtown resembling that of a traditional small town center of the early 1900s. There are restaurants and retail shops all within a short walking distance. A fitness center is located exclusively for employees of Maple Lawn businesses in the building across the street.

Flex Spending Accounts
The Flex Spending Account (FSA) is a valuable employee benefit that puts money in your pocket by helping you save on health care costs as well as the dependent care expenses you incur in order to be employed. The program includes the Dependent Care Spending Account (DCSA), which can save the employee an average of $1,500.00 a year, and the Health Care Spending Account (HCSA), which allows you to save money spent on health care services for your family that are not reimbursed by health insurance. The HCSA, like the DCSA, is an easy-to-use program that lets you contribute pre-tax dollars through automatic payroll deductions into your reimbursement account.
