Company History
SM&A is not your typical management consulting company. We provide leadership and mentoring solutions to PLAN for business capture, WIN competitive procurements, and profitably PERFORM on those programs won.
In the early 1980's Steven Myers established a reputation within the aerospace and defense industry, as the partner to call on for must win procurements. Steve personally lead many of the major proposals in the eighties and early nineties, helping to win legacy programs for clients that still generate revenue today.
