T.J. Koellhoffer & Associates is a Retained Executive Search firm that has focused on technology-intensive searches in the defense, electronics, broadcast, biotechnology, analytical instrument, electronic materials and information technology industries. In business for over twenty-seven years, we are typically called upon to conduct searches requiring individuals with specific technical and/or scientific skills who also possess backgrounds that combine technical leadership and management experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

T.J. Koellhoffer & Associates has supported a wide
